What We Look For

We apply strict screening criteria before engaging with founders. To be considered, a company must:

Operate in one of our five target sectors.
Be at Series A stage, between $1M and $10M in annual recurring revenue.
Demonstrate a 24-month path to ≥70% gross margins and CAC payback <12 months.
Have a scalable, asset-light model addressing a market ≥ US$1B TAM.
Relocate or establish a key aspect of the operations to the UAE within 12 months.
